We're seeking vendors for our upcoming Fall Fido Festival! This year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever before, with tons of tail-wagging fun for all. If you're a business that sells products or provides a service, to apply your business must be 50% or more related to pets. If your business is not pet related, you may attend as a sponsor. Reach out to hello@fallfidofestival.com to ask about sponsorship opportunities. If you are applying as a food truck there are no restrictions!

To apply for a booth space, please fill out the vendor application form at the bottom of this page.
Applications do not guarantee admittance as we only allow a small number of vendors in each category (ranging from treats to trainers). Don’t hesitate! Earlier applications can beat the crowd. New vendors are admitted on a rolling basis, please allow at least 1 week for a decision to be made.

To become a vendor at the event, please fill out the application below.

We are looking for businesses that cater 50% of their business to pets. Whether that’s providing pet-related products or services, such as home decor, pet portraits, wellness products, accessories, toys, treats, grooming services, daycare, training, and more. Dog clubs are also welcome!

We have instituted tiered pricing depending on business size to keep Fall Fido Festival accessible for small businesses.
Makers (100% of your product is made by you), service based pet businesses that are individually owned with 5 or less employees and one location, and clubs are set at a rate of $100. That vendor fee comes with a 10×10 vendor space in the vendor village and 2 vendor passes for employees.
Food trucks are priced at $125. They will receive space necessary for their truck to park at the festival.
Pet related businesses with more than 5 employees, businesses owned by a corporate entity, and other service based businesses are set at a rate of $200. The vendor fee comes with a 10×10 vendor space in the vendor village and 4 vendor passes for employees.
Rescues are FREE but require a deposit to hold your spot.

The vendor fee includes a 10' x 10' booth space and 2-4 vendor passes depending on business size.

We welcome vendors who sell pet-related items such as accessories, toys, treats, and grooming products. We also welcome vendors who offer pet-related services such as grooming, training, and boarding.

Electricity and water are not available for all vendor spots.

Yes, we limit the number of vendors in each category to ensure a diverse selection of products and services for our attendees. We cannot guarantee that you will be the only business in your category.

Yes, vendors are welcome to bring their own tables, chairs, and tents. Please make sure that your setup fits within your 10' x 10' booth space.

Each vendor must have their own booth space. This keeps the event fair for other vendors in attendance.

This vendor application and general vendor spots are only open to business that cater 50% or more to pets. However, we offer sponsorship opportunities to non pet businesses that include a free vendor space for certain packages. Please reach out to Mackenzie at hello@fallfidofestival.com for more information on how to become a sponsor and secure your spot at the event.

Vendor spaces are first come first serve based on your application and type of business and category. So it's important to apply as soon as possible. Please note that if you are accepted, you will be required to pay the deposit within 7 business days of your acceptance.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation due to in weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule.

You will be expected to stay for the duration of the event. Fall Fido Festival runs from 1-4PM, vendor load in may start as early as 9AM depending on the number of vendors attending. You will be asked to wait to pack up until 4PM.
